The impact of postal dusting operations on workers’ health has not been reported yet in China. In this paper, the composition of contact with dust, pollution and health effects were investigated. I. Objects and Methods 1. Subjects: The dust collection group is a total of 77 workers (69 males and 8 females) aged from 18 to 69, working in Dust Handling Division of Transportation Bureau, Picking Branch, Distribution Section and Postal Carriage of Dalian Post and Telecommunication Bureau, 60 years old, average 40 years old; 1 to 36 years of service, with an average of 8.8 years.
