国有林场提取维简费(更新改造资金)是维持木材简单再生产和发展林业生产建设事业所必需的,是积累林业建设资金的一项重要来源,也是增强林业发展后劲的重要保证。因此,自1995年1月1日起实行的《国有林场与苗圃财务会计制度》保留了提取维简费制度,并规定了开支范围。
The withdrawal of maintenance fee (renovation funds) from the state-owned forest farms is necessary for maintaining the simple reproduction of timber and developing forestry production and construction, and is an important source of accumulating funds for forestry construction. It is also an important guarantee for enhancing the stamina of forestry development. Therefore, the “Financial Accounting System for State-owned Forest Farms and Nurseries”, which has been implemented since January 1, 1995, retains the system for extracting peacekeeping payments and stipulates the scope of expenses.
