提出一种绿色环保的简易方法来制备纳米银粒子。通过水浴加热,在淀粉的保护下,用葡萄糖还原硝酸银形成纳米银粒子;利用HRTEM、XRD等分析了淀粉包覆纳米银粒子的结构,表明所制得的复合粒子具有包覆层(淀粉)和中心核(Ag)的复合纳米结构。UV-Vis吸收光谱测试表明,胶态的纳米银粒子的吸光度随加热时间的延长而增加,当加热时间达4 h时,吸光度值趋于稳定。TEM结果表明,纳米银粒子的形状为球形、单分散、平均粒径20 nm左右。采用抑菌环法对纳米银溶胶的抗菌性能进行检测,结果表明:抑菌环直径均大于7 mm,纳米银对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑菌作用。
A simple and green method was proposed to prepare silver nanoparticles. Under the protection of starch, silver nitrate was reduced by glucose to form nano-silver particles through water bath heating. The structure of starch-coated nano-silver particles was analyzed by HRTEM and XRD, indicating that the prepared composite particles had a coating layer (starch) And central core (Ag) composite nanostructures. UV-Vis absorption spectra showed that the absorbance of colloidal silver nanoparticles increased with the heating time, and the absorbance value tended to be stable when the heating time reached 4 h. TEM results show that the shape of nano-silver particles spherical, monodisperse, the average particle size of about 20 nm. The antibacterial properties of nano silver sol were tested by the antibacterial ring method. The results showed that the diameter of antibacterial ring was more than 7 mm, and the antibacterial effect of nano silver on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was also observed.
