植株对水分的利用与散失的调节,在决定农作物的耐旱性上起着重要的作用。无论是对粒用高粱叶表面的气孔数目,还是对它在光合作用和蒸腾作用的效应均子解甚微。研究气孔密度、气孔分布、遗传等某些因素及其同环境之间的相互作用,对于培育更有效且更高产的高粱极其重要。本研究旨在观察种植于高低不同的土壤湿度条件下,已知耐旱与不耐旱的高粱基因型上部成熟叶片的气孔密度和分布。
Plant water use and dissipation of regulation, in determining the drought tolerance of crops play an important role. Whether it is on the grain sorghum leaf surface porosity, or its effect on photosynthesis and transpiration are subtle. Studying stomatal density, stomatal distribution, heredity and some other factors and their interaction with environment are very important for cultivating more efficient and higher yield of sorghum. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stomatal density and distribution of mature leaves in the upper part of sorghum genotypes known to be drought tolerant and drought tolerant when grown at different soil moisture levels.
