目的:研究甘西鼠尾草的抗缺氧作用,探讨其作用机制。方法:选用异丙肾上腺素、亚硝酸钠、结扎小鼠两侧颈总动脉、常压缺氧,制备急性缺氧动物模型进行实验研究,测定常压缺氧后脑组织SOD和LDH活性、MDA和LD含量。结果:甘西鼠尾草能够延长缺氧动物存活时间,与对照组的比较差别有显著性,P<0.01;并能提高常压缺氧后脑组织SOD和LDH活性、降低MDA和LD含量。结论:甘西鼠尾草具有明显的抗缺氧作用,这与其提高缺氧脑组织的SOD和LDH活性,防止膜脂质过氧化、减轻缺氧时脑中乳酸堆积有关。
Objective: To study the anti-hypoxic effect of Salvia officinalis and its mechanism of action. METHODS: Isoproterenol, sodium nitrite, bilateral common carotid arteries were ligated, normoxic hypoxia, and an animal model of acute hypoxia was prepared for experimental study to determine SOD and LDH activity and MDA content in the brain after normobaric hypoxia. LD content. RESULTS: S. sibiricum could prolong the survival time of hypoxic animals, and there was significant difference compared with the control group, P<0.01. It could also increase SOD and LDH activity and decrease MDA and LD in brain tissue after normobaric hypoxia. Conclusion: S. sibiricum has obvious anti-hypoxic effect, which is related to the increase of SOD and LDH activity in hypoxic brain tissue, prevention of membrane lipid peroxidation, and reduction of brain lactic acid accumulation in hypoxia.
