富民强县,就是让老百姓得到更多的实惠,过上更富裕的生活。新时期的艰苦奋斗是指发扬不畏艰难、奋力拼搏、克己奉公、甘于奉献的革命精神,为实现富民强县目标而不懈奋斗。 由此看来,艰苦奋斗精神在实行社会主义市场经济、全面推进现代化建设的今天,不但没有过时,反而更要弘扬。结合高淳实际,笔者认为,当前主要应从以下三方面严格做起。
