对烷基苯磺酸钠型洗衣粉(白熊牌)进行了致畸胎作用的研究。给予妊娠大鼠洗衣粉200、400、或800mg/kg,未能引起畸胎。 早在60年代初就有人研究提出烷基苯磺酸钠型洗涤剂能引起实验动物畸胎。此后一直对这个问题有争论。本研究对我国生产的直链烷基苯磺酸钠型洗衣粉进行致畸胎作用的初步研究。
Sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate type detergent (white bear brand) teratogenic effect of the study. Administration of 200, 400, or 800 mg / kg of washing powder to pregnant rats failed to cause teratogenicity. As early as the early 1960s, it was suggested that sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate detergent can cause teratogenic in experimental animals. This issue has been debated since then. In this study, a preliminary study on the teratogenic effect of sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate detergent made in China was conducted.
