矿山管理部门现在已认识到用计算机进行露天矿汽车-电铲调度的价值。直接可见的效益主要是在设备数量既定时可以大大提高生产能力,换言之,在满足生产任务的前提下可以明显减少所需的设备数量.在本文中,作者将评述关于有效进行汽车实时调度的优化算法的文献报道,并将简要讨论各类矿山所采用的方法,评价它们与人工方法相比所提高的生产能力。本文还提供了全球19个矿山获得的实际结果。
The mine management has now realized the value of using a computer to run an open pit car-shovel. The direct benefits are mainly the ability to significantly increase the production capacity when the quantity of equipment is set, in other words, the quantity of equipment needed can be significantly reduced while meeting the production tasks. In this article, the authors review the literature on optimization algorithms for efficient real-time vehicle scheduling and briefly discuss methods used by various types of mines and evaluate their increased productivity over manual methods. This article also presents the actual results obtained for 19 mines worldwide.
