采用间接免疫荧光定性试验(IFAT),免疫酶染色试验(IEST)、荧光定量试验、巨噬细胞(Mφ)吞噬功能测定、扫描电镜(SEM)及免疫电镜(IEM)对蛋白质缺乏小鼠腹腔Mφ的免疫反应、超敛结构和吞噬功能进行了观察与研究。结果表明:小鼠在给予缺乏蛋白质饲料后,体重进行性下降。腹腔Mφ膜表面的荧光反应强度、免疫酶染色反应随之减弱;Mφ膜表面所结台的荧光抗体量减少;SEM下可见Mφ表面绒状突起变短;IEM显示细胞阳性反应率及反应程度下降,胞膜及核膜反应减弱;Mφ吞噬功能抑制。上述结果提示蛋白质缺乏对小鼠腹腔Mφ的免疫反应、结构及功能均可产生明显影响。
Indirect immunofluorescence qualitative test (IFAT), immunoenzymatic staining assay (IEST), fluorescence quantitative assay, macrophage (Mφ) phagocytic function assay, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and immunoelectron microscopy (IEM) for protein deficient mouse peritoneal Mφ The immune response, hyperconstriction structure and phagocytosis were observed and studied. The results showed that mice lost weight after giving a lack of protein feed. The intensity of the fluorescent reaction and the immunoenzymatic staining reaction on the surface of the MΦ membrane in the peritoneal cavity decreased; the amount of fluorescent antibody bound to the surface of the Mφ membrane decreased; the fibrous protrusion on the Mφ surface became shorter under the SEM; the positive rate of the cells and the degree of response decreased on the IEM. The membrane and nuclear membrane responses were attenuated; Mφ phagocytosis was inhibited. These results suggest that protein deficiency may have a significant effect on the immune response, structure, and function of Mφ in mice.
