随着放疗学的进步和CT的普遍应用,头颈部疾病的诊疗技术不断提高,放射性脑坏死也日渐引起临床重视,我院遇见1例,报告如下: 男性,51岁,自1987年1月初以来,头痛,头晕,晨起或变动头位时,头痛加重,并渐觉记忆力减退,乏力,饮食差,睡眠不安,嗅觉及听觉日渐减退,双眼视力下降,近1月来左侧肢体乏力,渐跛行,近1周来,意识朦胧,恶心,尿失禁,于1987年8月12日入院。既往史:1987年2月因鼻咽癌行~(60)钴放射治疗,照射耳侧及颈前区,每次200rad,总剂量共
