在以往工作的基础上,研究了乙酸与取代甲醇酯化反应中的极性效应和空间效应的分离问题。利用Ingold—Taft方程,得到了比较精确的相对数值。其空间效应敏感度为0.35;极性效应敏感度为6.85。得到的线性自由能方程为:lg(k_R/k_O)=6.85σ~*+0.35E_s+(-O.048)。根据这一方程,计算出n-C_6H_(12)取代基空间常数为-0.63,从而补充了该取代基文献数据。
Based on the previous work, the separation of polar and steric effects in the esterification of acetic acid with substituted methanol was studied. Using the Ingold-Taft equation, relatively accurate relative values were obtained. The space effect sensitivity is 0.35; the polarity effect sensitivity is 6.85. The resulting linear free energy equation is: lg (k_R / k_O) = 6.85σ ~ * + 0.35E_s + (- O.048). According to this equation, the space constant of n-C_6H_ (12) substituent is calculated to be -0.63, which complements the literature data of this substituent.
