本文报道用一阶导数双波长法测定溴钙合剂中咖啡因含量的新方法。以286.4nm 和258.9nm 的导数值的差值作为溴钙合剂中咖啡因的定量依据,在10~30μg/ml 范围内求得回归方程为△((dA)/(dλ))=0.04865C+0.0161,相关系数γ=0.9999(n=7),平均回收率为99.81%,变异系数为0.68%(n=4)。该法简便、准确、有推广价值。
This paper reports a new method for the determination of caffeine in Br-Ca mixtures by first-derivative derivative dual-wavelength method. The difference of derivative values of 286.4nm and 258.9nm was taken as the quantitative basis of caffeine in the bromine-calcium mixture. The regression equation was obtained as △ ((dA) / (dλ)) = 0.04865C + 0.0161, the correlation coefficient γ = 0.9999 (n = 7), the average recovery was 99.81% and the coefficient of variation was 0.68% (n = 4). The method is simple, accurate, and promotional value.
