针对煤矿矿区缺水、矿井水综合处理利用率低及处理成本高的现状,选取混凝法对矿井水进行处理。用正交试验的方法考察了混凝剂种类、投加量、絮凝时间和pH值对处理水浊度、色度和COD_(Cr)的影响,并对试验得出的最佳条件进行了添加助凝剂(PAM)的研究。结果表明,混凝剂种类对浊度和色度的去除影响差异极显著(p<0.01),是影响煤矿矿井水浊度和色度去除效果的主要因素,5种混凝剂(聚合硫酸铁、聚合氯化铝、三氯化铁、氧化钙、粉煤灰)中,聚合氯化铝去除浊度和色度的效果最好,氧化钙效果最差;聚合氯化铝(PAC)的投加量为20 mg/L时,在pH值为7.93(原水pH值),絮凝时间为15 min的条件下,处理后水的浊度、色度和COD_(Cr)分别为5.2 NTU、1倍和7.56 mg/L,去除率分别达97.28%、98.44%和96.35%;添加助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)不如单独用聚合氯化铝(PAC)对煤矿矿井水的处理效果好。
