教学参考书是教师教学时用来参考的书籍,它与教材相配套。它的编写是根据当前一个时期的教学大纲精神,对应于教材内容,主要从教学目的要求、教材分析、教学建议以及教学资料等方面,提出意见给教师教学时作参考使用。教参的编写必然体现当前一个时期的教育思想和教学策略。本文仅以1980年版的全日制十年制学校的小语教参及以后几种版本的编写与现在新修订版《教师教学用书》(均以人教社版本为例)的编写作一比较,用以说明阅读教学的进步。
