ZQG 150型振动器的噪声,声压级达100～110分贝,是较高的。最近,我们对其噪声的防治措施进行了初步探讨,其结果如下: A.在排气孔端,装上一个管接头,这样就可以接上一段橡胶管,能够降低一部分噪声。试验中接一米长的橡胶管,噪声降低10分贝。接上2米长的橡胶管,噪声降低12分贝; B.在排气孔端装上阻抗复合消声器,其外形尺寸为φ45×70mm,噪声降低20～22分贝。 C.在做降低噪声试验的同时,也测示了各种条件下的振动频率,其结果证明以上两种
ZQG 150 vibrator noise, sound pressure level of 100 ~ 110 dB, is higher. Recently, we conducted a preliminary study on the prevention and control measures of noise. The results are as follows: A. At the end of the vent hole, install a pipe joint so that a piece of rubber hose can be connected to reduce a part of the noise. One meter long rubber tube in the test, the noise reduced by 10 decibels. Connect the 2-meter long rubber tube to reduce the noise by 12 dB. B. Install the impedance composite muffler on the exhaust port. The dimension is φ45 × 70mm and the noise is reduced by 20-22dB. C.
