建立一支师资队伍是做好青春健康工作的前提和关键,是积极推进青春健康工作规范化、科学化和可持续发展的要求,是实现青春健康工作常态化发展的重要保障。近年来,山东省计生协坚持以《中国计生协青春健康工作五年规划(2015-2019年)》为指导,以全省卫生计生发展总体规划为牵引,以促进青少年的健康发展为目标,突出重点,狠抓关键,积极打造一支优秀的青春健康师资队伍,为促进全省青春健康教育工作深入开展奠定了坚实基础。
Establishing a faculty is the prerequisite and key to doing a good job in youth health work. It is a requirement to promote the standardization, scientification and sustainable development of youth health work actively, and is an important guarantee for the normalization of youth health work.
