我校是一所位于城乡结合部的乡镇中学。由于当地大规模地拆迁造路建厂,再加上距离县城较近,很多经济条件较好的、父母较重视教育的学生都选择进城里读书,各方面原因造成我校生源锐减,每班只有二十多人。市教育局于2012年把我校正式定为小班化实验学校。学生减少了,貌似教学更容易了,但其实不然。虽然每个班只有二十多个学生,但每个班至少有四五个是父母离异或来自丧父丧母家庭的,还有三四个是低保家庭的。当地经济开发区又送来了大批外来务工子女,
