RNA干扰(RNAi)是利用同源性双链RNA诱发序列特异的转录后基因沉默现象,是研究基因功能的重要工具。表皮生长因子受体在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中过度表达,且EGFR信号通路的启动后可促进细胞增殖、转移、血管生成及阻断细胞凋亡,因此被作为开发肿瘤治疗方法的新靶点。现将对RNA干扰表皮生长因子受体在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的治疗作用予以综述。
RNA interference (RNAi) is the use of homologous double-stranded RNA induced sequence-specific post-transcriptional gene silencing phenomenon, is an important tool to study gene function. Epidermal growth factor receptor is overexpressed in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and the activation of EGFR signaling pathway can promote cell proliferation, metastasis, angiogenesis and block apoptosis, so it is a new target for the development of tumor therapy. Therapeutic effects of RNA interference on epidermal growth factor receptor in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma are now reviewed.
