为适应卫生部等十部委《关于发展城市社区卫生服务的若干意见的要求》 ,在开展全科医学理论和实践研究 1 4年以后 ,我们推出社区卫生服务建设标准研究 ,该标准力求将全科医学的理论与我国具体的发展现实相结合 ,把指导性与可操作性相结合 ,突出家庭医学的特色 ,纠正模糊概念。从资源开发、区域规划、服务模式、保健管理、医患关系、中心功能、人员、设备、科室设置、管理制度、工作负荷、工作方式和内容等 1 4个方面提出了可以量化的评价性建设指标。仅供在社区卫生第一线工作的同志讨论和参考
