如今教师队伍青黄不接,许多地方都在致力解决,或赛课,或培训,或拜师……这次《江苏教育》编辑部和徐州市教育局教研室联合举办青年教师“教学一得”征文活动,是非常适时、可行的。促进青年教师的成长,办法很多。让他们总结小经验,不失为一着高招。青年教师有许多长处,但毕竟实践经验少;而经验的形成,必然要有一个过程。这个过程便是一个积累的过程。从这次征文活动看,我市青年教师的经验还是有的,
Nowadays, the teachers are not getting green, and many places are devoted to solving, or racing classes, or training, or apprenticeships. This time, the editorial department of “Jiangsu Education” and the teaching and research section of the Xuzhou City Education Bureau jointly organized the “Teaching One” essay contest for young teachers. Very timely and feasible. There are many ways to promote the growth of young teachers. Allowing them to sum up their small experience is a brilliant move. Young teachers have many strengths, but after all they have little practical experience; and the formation of experience must have a process. This process is a cumulative process. From the essay activities, there are still some young teachers in our city.
