本文概括叙述了重钢三厂、重庆大学和攀枝花钢铁研究院合作进行的连铸20管钢试验研究的内容和结果,介绍了在该厂条件下,要求试验解决的技术问题。着重对消除铸坯内裂、减少疏松偏析、提高铸坯质量的连铸工艺作了分析。同时也介绍了CCP-8~#保护渣、二冷区电磁搅拌、钢包注流保护浇铸等新工艺的初步使用效果。最后,对连铸20管钢试验的意义和作用,进一步发展趋势提出看法。
This article summarizes the contents and results of the 20-pipe continuous casting test conducted by Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, Chongqing University and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Research Institute, and introduces the technical problems that require the test to be solved under the conditions of the plant. Focus on the elimination of slab internal cracks, reduce loose segregation, improve the quality of the continuous casting process was analyzed. At the same time also introduced the CCP-8 ~ # slag, the second cooling zone electromagnetic stirring, ladle flow injection protection and other new technology of preliminary use effect.
