收集１９５９年～１９９３年间临床及病理诊断为眼部淋巴组织增生性病变的１４例病理材料，应用新的淋巴瘤诊断标准和分类，重新阅读原切片后，最后诊断为淋巴瘤１０例，白血病浸润１例，Ｋｉｍ病３例。１４例中原诊断与现诊断不符者８例，其中１０例淋巴瘤中仅５例原诊断正确，正确率５０％．以往诊断的假性淋巴瘤部分为真性淋巴瘤，故有必要对眼部真假淋巴瘤进行重新认识，以期指导做出正确诊断
A total of 14 pathological specimens were collected from 1959 to 1993 for the diagnosis of ocular lymphoid hyperplasia. The diagnostic criteria and classification of new lymphoma were collected. After re-reading the original section, 10 cases of lymphoma were finally diagnosed, and leukemia infiltration 1 case, Kim disease in 3 cases. Of the 14 patients who did not meet the criteria of diagnosis and diagnosis, 8 patients were diagnosed correctly. Only 5 of the 10 lymphoma cases were correctly diagnosed with a correct rate of 50%.
