例1.女,14岁。第3胎足月顺产,发育正常,无颅脑外伤及中枢神经感染史。于1984年1月起经常上腹部阵发性疼痛,每次持续?～2小时,1天数次,无吐泻,无意识障碍。曾拟诊胆道蛔虫症住院。经驱虫、解痉、镇痛等治疗好转出院,同年3月4日下午又发生腹痛并觉头晕,继则意识不清,四肢强直阵挛3～4分钟,清醒后觉周围事物呈红色、旋转,旋即失明。第4天未经任何治疗视觉恢复正常。体检:内科
