文章构建了基于顾客期望的选择模型。该模型引入前景理论的价值函数,将顾客的期望作为基准值,把供应商以往的服务水平转化成顾客的感知价值作为评价的数值,再采用加权平均算子综合成最后的评价给供应商排序,最后给出算例。该方法能有效地反映客户的主观感受价值,并作为决策的依据。
