Nowadays, the Drenthe Archives totally broke the traditional impression of people. The designers of Zecc Architects gave the architecture a brand-new look, revealing the traits of the New Age Archives in a surprising way and opening a new window for the public Back to the history of the journey. In 2010, Zecc Architects received a major responsibility to transform and refurbish the Drents Archive in Assen, the Netherlands. Assen is located in the northeast of the Netherlands, is the capital of Drenthe province, the archives is carrying the entire history of the Drenthe area.
