本文通过总结国有水利工程管理单位四川省通济堰管理处12年的续建配套与节水改造工程建设中内部控制存在的问题,分析了水利工程建设内部控制问题产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了加强水利工程建设内部控制的对策和建议。
