目的:研究墨旱莲黄酮类提取物的抗自由基作用及体内抗氧化功能。方法:通过测定小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量的变化,研究墨旱莲黄酮类提取物(flavonoidextractofEclipataalba,FEE)对小鼠体内抗氧化功能的影响;并通过测定FEE清除羟自由基率和抑制超氧自由基率的实验,证明FEE的体外抗自由基作用。结果:FEE可显著增强小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量;并可有效地清除羟自由基和超氧自由基。结论:FEE具有明显的抗自由基作用及体内抗氧化功能。
Objective: To study the anti-radical effect of flavonoid extract from Eclipta prostrata and antioxidative function in vivo. Methods: The effects of flavonoid extract of Eclipta alba (FEE) on antioxidation in mice were studied by measuring the changes of SOD, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in mice serum. The rate and inhibition of superoxide radicals in the experiment proved the in vitro anti-free radical effect of FEE. Results: FEE can significantly increase the activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px in mice and reduce the content of MDA, and can effectively eliminate hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals. Conclusion: FEE has obvious anti-free radical effect and antioxidant function in vivo.
