不合理的档案信息资源配置会制约档案部门与社会的信息交流。因此,应根据社会的需求,遵循效益优先的原则,合理配置档案信息资源,努力实现档案信息资源的社会共享。
The irrational allocation of archival information resources will restrict the exchange of information between archival departments and the society. Therefore, according to the needs of society, we should follow the principle of giving priority to efficiency and rationally allocate files and information resources so as to achieve social sharing of archive information resources.
