本文从班主任在职业学校中的定位、班主任在职业学校班级管理工作中存在的主要误区进行分析,结合自己的实践经验提出了改进职业学校班主任工作的几点建议。
This article analyzes the main mistakes of the headteacher in the vocational school and the main teacher’s mistakes in the class management of the vocational school. Based on his own practical experience, this article puts forward some suggestions to improve the headteacher in the vocational school.
