高职学院经过近20年的快速发展,逐步从规模扩张转向内涵发展,教学质量是根本,师资队伍是关键,本文针对高职学院师资队伍目前存在的问题提出了自己的建设思路。
After nearly 20 years of rapid development, the higher vocational colleges gradually shift from the scale expansion to the connotation development. The teaching quality is the fundamental and the teaching staff is the key. This paper puts forward my own ideas for the current problems of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
