内向传播企业核心价值观从战略理论的角度出发,一个企业要获得持续快速的发展,需要有清晰的战略思想。公司战略是建立一种框架,根据这个框架,各部门与业务单位编制战略计划。一个公司战略需要四项活动:确定公司使命;建立战略业务单位;为每个战略业务单位在市场吸引力和业务优势上安排资源;计划新业务和放弃老业务。而事实上,中国的大多数企业都是在对市场的混沌认识之下发展起来的。
Inwardly spread the core values of enterprises From a strategic theory point of view, an enterprise needs a clear strategic thinking if it is to achieve sustained and rapid development. Corporate strategy is to establish a framework under which each department and business unit prepares a strategic plan. A company strategy requires four activities: identifying the company’s mission; establishing a strategic business unit; arranging resources for each strategic business unit in terms of market appeal and business advantage; planning new business and abandoning old business. In fact, most Chinese enterprises are developed under the chaos of the market.
