根据对自同步振动同步性能的分析,进一步论证了两电机相位差角随转速比的变化规律,首次提出了相位差角的计算测试新方法,并通过对实际振动筛(ZKZ2460)的测试处理,验证了本文观点的正确性。该研究对今后自同步振动机的设计、制造、检测等都具有指导意义。
According to the analysis of synchronization performance of self-synchronous vibration, the phase angle difference between two motors is further demonstrated. The new method of calculation and testing of phase difference angle is proposed for the first time. Through the testing and processing of the actual vibrating screen (ZKZ2460) Verify the correctness of this article. The research is instructive to the design, manufacture and testing of self-synchronous vibration machine in the future.
