进入新的世纪旅游业迎来了新的挑战和机会,对于旅游工作者的要求也有了新变化。以好的旅游人才培养模式训练出优秀的工作者是很有意义的。现在看来,专科院校的旅游专业对于人才的培养定位不够准确,培养目标不够明确,课程大纲尚不完善,培养形式稳定和适应情况都不良等很多问题。对于这些情况,专科院校应当认识旅游业的需求,明确培养的目标和培养的思路,通过正确的培养方式,在新的行业趋势里做好旅游业人才培养方法的改革工作。
Entering into the new century, the tourism industry ushers in new challenges and opportunities, and new changes have been made to the requirements of the traveling workers. It is instructive to train good workers with a good model of tourism personnel training. It now appears that the tourism specialty of colleges and universities is not accurate enough for the training of qualified personnel, the training objectives are not clear enough, the syllabus is still not perfect, and many problems such as the steady form and poor adaptability have been cultivated. For these situations, colleges and universities should recognize the needs of the tourism industry, define their training objectives and training ideas, and reform the training methods for tourism professionals in the new industry trends through correct training methods.
