1 随着科学技术、社会经济的迅猛发展,特别是近年来计算机的发展,带来了信息革命,产生了大量的信息变革和科学技术变革,从而改变了社会的产业结构和经济结构。科学技术在社会发展中的作用愈来愈受到社会的重视,而科技信息的传递直接影响着科技的进程,科技期刊又是传播科技信息的主要载体,这也就把编辑出版事业推到了历史上前所未有的地位。近年来,从事编辑工作的人员正在从不同角度、不同侧面研究编辑工作的内在规律和编辑工作的作用。而本文拟在探讨编辑、科研人才与学报三者之间的关系,及如何发挥各部分的最大功能,使刊物的质量不断提高,推动社会物质文明和精神文明的建设。
