本文探讨了心房肽对自发性高血压大鼠免疫细胞内钙调蛋白含量的影响,结果表明,心房肽可单独或协同ConA增加大鼠胸腺细胞内活化钙调蛋白的含量;但心房肽单独却不足以影响大鼠脾细胞内活化钙调蛋白的含量,只能协同ConA促进大鼠脾细胞内活化钙调蛋白水平的增加。同时发现,自发性高血压大鼠免疫细胞在心房肽的直接或协同丝裂原作用下所增加的钙调蛋白含量低于正常血压对照鼠。
