用电动潜油离心泵采油能够提高油井的采收率,而且经济效果极好。油田对潜油泵的需求量不断增加,因而对于制造泵壳用精密冷拔管的要求量也相应地增加。目前,电潜泵壳管已由天津无缝钢管厂试制成功。试制成功的潜油泵壳精拔管的性能和尺寸精度均达到或超过工业先进国家的标准(见表),内径的直度能经受通棒检验。
Electric submersible centrifugal pump oil production can improve oil recovery, and economic performance is excellent. The demand for submersible pumps in the field is constantly increasing, and the requirements for making precision cold drawn tubes for the pump casing also increase accordingly. At present, the electric submersible pump shell tube trial by the Tianjin Seamless Steel Tube Plant trial success. Successful production of submersible pump shell fine tube performance and dimensional accuracy have reached or exceeded the standards of advanced countries (see table), the diameter of straightness can withstand the rod test.
