为了解当前农村人群营养状况,在一九八二年八月十九日至23日对中山县民众公社新伦大队第一、三生产队的253人进行了包括膳食调查、体格检查及生化检验三个方面的营养调查。现将有关情况及结果总结如下:一、膳食调查:这次调查是在第一、三生产队中抽取50户共253人进行,调查时间为五天,调查方法为称量法。从调查资料所知,调查人群的主食为大米和茨类,动物性食物多为鱼虾类食
