遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“综合利用很重要,要注意”的教导,我们在东北电力局和东北电力设计院的指导帮助下,对火电厂粉煤灰渣在建筑工程上的应用,进行丁反复试验,终于试制成功了予应力粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土空心墙板。自从七○年以来,这种墙板已经在七个工程上采用,数量达5000多立米。实际情况证明,这种墙板在强度、刚度、保温性能上都符合使用要求,达到了予期的效果。它具有跨度大,保温好,重量轻,耗钢少,适应厂房装配化等特点。
In accordance with the guidance of the great leader Chairman Mao on the “Comprehensive utilization is very important, pay attention,” we have used the guidance of the Northeast Electric Power Bureau and the Northeast Electric Power Design Institute to carry out the application of fly ash slag from thermal power plants in construction projects. The trial finally succeeded in trial production of prestressed fly ash-silicate concrete hollow wall panels. Since 70 years, this type of wallboard has been used in seven projects and the number is more than 5,000 meters. The actual situation proves that this type of wallboard meets the requirements for use in terms of strength, stiffness, and insulation performance, and has achieved the desired results. It has the characteristics of large span, good insulation, light weight, low consumption of steel, and adaptability to factory assembly.
