所谓《韩日合并条约》是日本帝国主义1910年采用军事威胁和强制手段一手炮制的非法的欺诈文件。日本自1905年开始就完全掌握了朝鲜的外交权力,李朝政府并不具有单独同他国缔结条约的外交权限,该《条约》也没有履行获得国际条约缔结程序中具有重要意义的国家元首批准这一法律程序。
