为研究纤维的掺入对砂土抗剪强度影响规律,选用纤维长度、含砂率、纤维掺量为影响因素,通过单因素试验确定影响因素的水平,根据响应面分析法的Box-Behnken试验设计原理设计三因素三水平的直剪试验,分析3种因素对纤维加筋土抗剪强度指标黏聚力的影响。试验结果表明:纤维的掺入对纤维加筋砂土内摩擦角的影响并不显著,对黏聚力的影响较为明显;黏聚力模型模拟出的数据与试验数据相关极为显著,失拟项差异不显著,说明模型可信;含砂率对黏聚力的影响极为显著,纤维掺量对黏聚力的影响相对显著,纤维长度对黏聚力的影响不显著;根据响应面分析的最优化结果进行直剪试验所得黏聚力与理论预测相差不大,说明使用响应面分析法进行理论分析可以契合黏聚力的实际情况。
In order to study the effect of fiber incorporation on the shear strength of sand, the influence factors of fiber length, sand content and fiber content were selected. The difference is insignificant, indicating that the model is credible; the effect of sand content on cohesion is extremely significant; the effect of fiber content on cohesion is relatively significant; the effect of fiber length on cohesion is insignificant; The result of the direct shear test shows that the cohesion obtained by the direct shear test is not much different from the theoretical prediction, indicating that the theoretical analysis of response surface analysis can fit the actual situation of cohesion.
