写教学后记并不是个新话题,早就有人提倡过,只不过还没有受到普遍的重视。从系统论的角度看,教学实施的过程是一个链,教后反思是这个链条中的一个重要环节。从教前计划到教学实践而后再整理、总结,构成一个完整的单元。如此周而复始,才有逐步的积累,逐步的丰富,逐步的成长。勤于研究、善于研究的人,都是自觉地做教后总结的,只是形式不同罢了。沉甸甸的经验,必须从大堆的实践中去提炼,而写教学后记就是一种提炼的手段。据我们所知,岳阳市岳阳楼区实验小学在倡导写作教学后记方面确有独到之处,表现为管理有要求,教学有行动,实践有收益,渐渐地由靠管理促进,走向了自觉行动;由少数先行,走向了大家推广;由零星的记录走向理性的深化。我们一起去现场听听老师们的收获与感言。
