我矿原设计污水管路约长3公里,运输用石灰乳中和后的沉渣(含水90%以上),管路结钙严重,三条φ125毫米共长3公里的管路,运行约3年全部堵塞,影响生产。为此新建管路加明渠工程,投资约50万元。新工程为节约投资,拟用原旧钢管,采用人工敲打管壁加压力水冲洗,来清除管子中的结钙,只化5000元,废旧物得以再用,节约了开支。新明渠工程中仍有管路部分,为解决今后清除结钙问题,增加了备用管,做到可定期更换,确保生产。在具体工程中作了更改,单根长度控制在5—6米,管路联接采用煤炭部标MT35—79GJJ型GJH
