[目的]了解延安石油企业职工的职业健康状况。[方法]2007—2008年对13个企业接触有毒有害工种职工4 888名进行职业健康体检,并分析结果。[结果]检出听力下降、高血压、胆结石、肾结石、肝(肾)囊肿、胆囊息肉、肝血管瘤、脂肪肝、乙肝及妇科疾病,还发现数例心肌炎临床体征者,疑为克山病;未发现肯定和疑似的职业病。[结论]延安属克山病区,临床应认真鉴别地方病与职业病。检出的疾患不排除与职业因素有关。企业要做好职业危害评估、改善作业环境,消除有害因素,防止职业病的发生。
[Objective] To understand the occupational health of workers in Yan’an Petroleum Company. [Method] From 2007 to 2008, 4 888 workers and workers exposed to poisonous and harmful trades in 13 enterprises were engaged in occupational health examination and the results were analyzed. [Results] Hearing loss, hypertension, gallstones, kidney stones, liver and kidney cysts, gallbladder polyps, hepatic hemangiomas, fatty liver, hepatitis B and gynecological diseases were detected. A few cases of clinical signs of myocarditis were also found. Mountain sickness; No confirmed and suspected occupational diseases found. [Conclusion] Yan’an belongs to Keshan ward, clinical endemic and occupational diseases should be carefully identified. Detected disorders do not rule out the occupation factor. Enterprises should do a good job of occupational hazards assessment, improve the operating environment, eliminate harmful factors, prevent occupational diseases.
