我厂于1985年承接株洲化工厂的14台N6列管换热器的生产,原设计图纸要求N6管与N6-A3复合管板采用爆炸胀接。因受技术、材料、场地等限制,决定改爆炸胀接为焊接。经模拟试验,采用不填丝手工钨极氩弧焊成功地焊接了N6管板接头(共3000个接头)。经0.45MPa的水压试验和0.1MPa的气密性试验,管板接头无一泄漏。试验和生产应用表明,接头质量良好,并提高生产效率5倍,节约生产费用近万元。
I plant in 1985 Zhuzhou Chemical Plant to undertake 14 sets of N6 tube heat exchanger production, the original design drawings require N6 tube and N6-A3 composite tube plate explosion with expansion. Due to technology, materials, venues and other restrictions, decided to blast Explosion access to welding. After a simulation test, N6 tube plate joints (3000 joints in total) were successfully welded using a wire-less manual TIG welding. After 0.45MPa hydrostatic test and 0.1MPa air tightness test, no leakage of the tube plate joints. Tests and production applications show that the joint quality is good, and improve production efficiency 5 times, saving production costs nearly million.
