为探讨 p5 3蛋白在人皮肤血管瘤组织中表达的状况及其意义 ,采用免疫组织化学方法 (S-P法 )检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中 p5 3的表达水平 ,利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织 p5 3表达的平均光密度和平均阳性面积。结果显示 ,增生期血管瘤内皮细胞 p5 3表达水平高于退化期 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;退化期血管瘤内皮细胞 p5 3表达水平与正常皮脸组织相比 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示 p5 3通过促进血管生成而在血管瘤的形成过程中起重要作用。
To investigate the expression and significance of p53 protein in human skin hemangiomas, the expression of p5 3 in proliferating, degenerating and normal skin tissues of human cutaneous hemangiomas was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) Computer image analysis technique was used to measure the average optical density and average positive area of p5 3 expression in hemangiomas and normal skin tissues at different stages. The results showed that the expression level of p5 3 in proliferating hemangioma endothelial cells was higher than that in the degenerative stage, and the difference was significant (P <0.01). Compared with normal skin and face tissues, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Tip p5 3 plays an important role in the formation of hemangiomas by promoting angiogenesis.
