首先根据反映工业化阶段的主要指标人均GDP的变动、三次产业产值结构和就业结构的变动、城市化率的变动、工业化率及霍夫曼比例的变动对南通市工业经济发展所处阶段进行综合评估;然后在此基础上,针对性提出加快南通工业化进程,推进南通工业经济转型升级的若干政策建议。
First of all, based on the changes of per capita GDP, the main indicators reflecting the stage of industrialization, the changes of the output and structure of tertiary industries and employment structure, the changes of urbanization rate, the industrialization rate and the changes of Huffman’s ratio, this paper makes a comprehensive assessment of the stage of industrial economic development in Nantong On this basis, we put forward some policy recommendations to speed up the process of Nantong industrialization and promote the transformation and upgrading of Nantong’s industrial economy.
