1 工程概况 淮河入海水道渠北片原属里下河地区水系,苏北灌溉总渠形成以后,截断了原排入里下河湖荡的涝水出路,后经多年治理,排涝条件有所改善,但仍存在着地势低洼、排水出路不足、排涝标准偏低等问题;入海水道近期工程的实施,将妇女河入排水渠的口门切断,为解决妇女河涝水及滨海县城区污水的外排出路,兴建妇女河泵站。妇女河泵站是淮河入海水道近期工程北堤穿堤建筑物的骨干工程之一,主要功能是自排、抽排
