以网络电子商务为代表的新经济正在改变着中国经济发展的格局,特别是对传统行业的企业产生了强大的冲击力。传统行业如何面对互联网的挑战,企业要不要发展电子商务,要不要建立自己的门户,要不要改变自己原有的经营模式,要不要进行战略调整或业务架构重组等一系列问题,已经是摆在中国传统产业面前必须要回答的一张问卷。或者说,我国企业面临新经济和进入 WTO 的挑战,应形成什么样的新的管理模式呢?
