18年前,她参加工作来到铁岭港华燃气有限公司的前身——铁岭市煤气公司;18年后,她成为铁岭港华燃气有限公司的副总经理、党委书记、工会主席。一路走来,她用实际行动证明了自己的价值,她的成长时刻感染激励着所有员工。她就是被员工亲切地称为娘家人的刘晓妍。刘晓妍是会计专业出身,1996年到当时的铁岭市煤气公司工作,成为了一名一线煤气收费人员。她并没有嫌弃工作的枯燥乏味与劳累,每天接触形形色色的人,竟也得到了观察体验生活的机会。她的这份乐观与从容很快就感染了其他的收费人员,形成了良好的工作氛围。就这样日复一日年复一年,她始终如一地坚守且钟爱着自己的岗位。
