本文介绍ＣＩＭＳ环境下主生产计划的二阶段优化方法．即长周期主生产计划的优化和滚动式主生产计划的优化。通过二阶段优化实现滚动式主生产计划的重计划和主生产计划的动态调度。
This paper introduces the two-phase optimization method of master production plan in CIMS environment. Namely the optimization of the long-period master production plan and the optimization of the rolling master production plan. The two-stage optimization achieves the re-planning of the rolling master production plan and the dynamic scheduling of the master production plan.
